Editorial Policy
This journal publishes original material that has not been published elsewhere. The editorial board for each issue will make collective decisions about what submitted material will be published and what improvements should be made before publication. All material should have its ground in original research or artistic practice. Those listed as authors are supposed to have made a substantial contribution to the submitted material through participation in manuscript preparation, through participation in preceding research, or both. We reserve the right to reject or remove material that we deem to be not in line with our editorial policies.
The journal is distributed free of charge and its contents will be publicly accessible.

Contents

An issue typically includes between three and six contributions from different authors, but could also relate to a specific event and then invite many more participants to contribute with material. Contributions can take different forms: it can for example be research articles, commentaries, interviews, photo, video, or audio essays or book reviews.

Research articles can be original unpublished research material or can be popular versions of research findings that have been published elsewhere. They should be minimum 2000 words and maximum 4000 words in length. Research articles should be accompanied by at least one visual (photo, drawing, etc.) that respects copyright legislation.

Commentaries express opinions about contemporary issues or phenomena. Commentaries should be minimum 1000 words and maximum 2000 words. Commentaries should be accompanied by at least one visual (photo, drawing, etc.) that respects copyright legislation.

The video– or audio essay should be accompanied with a transcription of the spoken content in the material.

Manuscripts, pictures, video and sound.

We would like to receive manuscripts as Microsoft Word attachments. Note that we need to translate all design from the word document into html-coding, so design the document with that in mind. We also use standardfonts from the program, so any other fonts need to be transformed into jpg-pictures.
Submit image files as email attachments or via a file-sharing service such as wetransfer, Sprend or Dropbox. The images should be either be of high resolution (300 pixels per inch), or ready for publishing, with low resolution (72 pixels per inch) and witdh 650 pixels.
Videos will be embedded from Vimeo or Youtube.
Sound files will be embedded from Soundcloud or a similar streaming service.
